Radar Systems
RADAR, an acronym for Radio Detection and Ranging, is primarily used to detect and determine the distance of objects that cannot be seen with the naked eye. In a radar system, a radar unit or station emits high-frequency RF signals, which then bounce off the target and return as a reflected signal, also known as an "echo." The radar station receives this echo, which helps calculate the target's distance from the radar. Additionally, it provides information about the target's direction, azimuth, and elevation.
